Tours

A great way to see the Barossa Valley is to go on a tour. A tour will take you all over the Barossa Valley to Wineries, to have wine tastings and also learn what the Barossa is all about. This is a good way of getting to the wineries  and have a local person drive you around.

                                                                                                                            Bike track

The bike track connects Angaston and Gawler and  passes by wineries and historic buildings. The bike track is located 500 metres from Barossa Elegance where you can either go to Nuriootpa (7 km) or you can go all the way to Gawler (27 km).

Restaurant

A restaurant that is a must try when you come to the Barossa Valley is the Harvest Kitchen since it offers beautiful meals and has a small variety of different local wines available to drink. If you are looking for a restaurant that has different flavour, Ferment Asia offers a Modern Southeast Asian Cuisine which uses local sourced foods and wines that are unique to the Barossa Valley.

Historical places

To learn more about the historical places in the Barossa Valley and how it all started, Bethany is a great place to go. It is a 10 minute walk and you can see the Barossa Valleys first settlement and a community that is centred around their church and the remaining Heuffendorf settler's blocks.
